RETURNS POLICY

Thank you for shopping with us at DatBox. Please review our policy before making a purchase to ensure that it meets your needs:

1. No Returns or Exchanges

All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products, the hygiene and safety of our parents and little ones, we are unable to accept returns or provide refunds for any of our products once an order has been shipped.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders can only be canceled and refunded if your items have not been shipped. After this period, cancellations will not be possible. If you would like to cancel your order within the time period stated above, drop us an email at sharewithus@datbox.sg.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care to ensure the quality of our products. If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please email us at sharewithus@datbox.sg within 5 days of receiving your parcel. We'll be happy to assist you in resolving the issue as soon as possible, which may include sending a replacement.

4. Product Information

We encourage you to carefully read product descriptions, dimensions, and other relevant details before purchasing to ensure that the items you wish to purchase meet your expectations.
